Inner Harmony with Sound Healing

Experience Inner Harmony with Sound Healing!

Our fitness instructor , Jessie, is dedicated to enhancing your well-being and providing opportunities for deep relaxation and rejuvenation. That's why we're excited to introduce the practice of sound healing to our community.

Why Sound Healing?
Sound healing has captured the hearts of seniors for its unique ability to promote relaxation and healing, especially for those with limited mobility. Rather than focusing solely on physical movement, this modality harnesses the vibrational power of crystal singing bowls and other instruments to support overall well-being.

What to Expect?
We're thrilled to announce that Jessie has integrated sound healing into our Wednesday and Thursday classes during the first week of each month. At the end of class, simply take a seat and prepare to be enveloped by soothing sounds and gentle vibrations, tailored to melt away stress, tension, and worries. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and embark on a sensory journey like no other.
