  • Weatherization and Minor Residential Repairs
  • Adult Day Care
  • Medical Alarms
  • Applications for:
    • Medicaid
    • HEAP
    • Food Stamps
  • Referrals for other supportive services:
    • Mental Health Counseling
    • Elder Law and Justice.
