Monday Movie Matinee for April

April 7– Flow (2024) Cat is a solitary animal, but as its home is devastated by a great flood, he finds refuge on a boat populated by various species, and will have to team up with them despite their differences.  Won Academy Award for Best Animated Feature.
April 14– Classic Comedy Hour– Laverne & Shirley (1976) Starts at 1:30pm after Trivia - Best friends, roommates and polar opposites Laverne DeFazio and Shirley Feeney work together at the Shotz Brewery in Milwaukee and keep each other's spirits up at home for the show's first several seasons. Starring Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams.

April 21– A Real Pain (2024) Mismatched cousins David and Benji tour Poland to honour their grandmother. Their adventure becomes complicated as old tensions resurface while exploring their family history.  Starring Jesse Eisenberg and Kieran Culkin, who won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor.

April 28– A Different Man (2024) An aspiring actor undergoes a radical medical procedure to drastically transform his appearance. However, his new dream face quickly turns into a nightmare as he becomes obsessed with reclaiming what was lost. Starring Adam Pearson and Sebastian Stan, who won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor.
